Why we chose it

I came across this donut-and-bagel shop while researching places to eat before a weekend getaway. Learning they were peanut and tree-nut-free made it feel like a rare and special stop for our family. If we’re ever near the city, this is absolutely a must-stop — and the donuts and bagels are oh-so-delicious.

Our experience

As soon as you step into The Donut Pub, you’re greeted by a wall of delicious donuts. But that’s not all they offer — there’s also coffee, bagels, breakfast sandwiches, and paninis, making it a really nice selection. It’s not often that kids with nut allergies can enjoy donuts, so when we had the chance to visit, it felt like a special treat for our family. We left with a dozen and didn’t regret it.

My husband and I even make the trip from Pennsylvania every December to surprise our kids with donuts on Christmas morning — it’s become a little tradition in our home.
