Why we chose it

Tabacón stood out during our planning process for its direct communication and hospitality reputation. We reached out ahead of time and felt confident in their understanding of food allergies. We had a day pass for the hot springs.

Our experience

Soaking in natural hot springs surrounded by lush jungle after days of adventure felt surreal. The grounds were beautiful, the experience was relaxing, and the staff was extremely attentive. If we return to Costa Rica, this is definitely where we would choose to stay. The staff was exceptionally mindful of food allergies, making it feel almost like a Disney experience. We hadn’t originally planned on having dinner there, but we decided to stay and ended up enjoying one of our favorite meals of the entire trip.
