Breakfast in another country can feel overwhelming when you’re managing food allergies. Red Frog’s simple, customizable menu and visible ingredients made it feel like a manageable way to start our days.

Our experience

We started our day with strong coffee and a relaxed morning, setting a calm tone before we ziplined through the jungle and hiked to waterfalls. This place was ideal for either breakfast or lunch, so we decided to visit after exploring the town one early afternoon. We discovered an open-air spot that offered delicious, refreshing cold drinks—perfect for a hot summer day. We enjoyed items from their breakfast and lunch menus.
